Job summary

Dovre Solutions is seeking a skilled Scheduling/Planning professional to manage schedule planning, resource planning and cost control for the engineering scope. You will establish Level 4/5 plans, lead progress reviews and challenge actual progress while highlighting critical paths and risks.

Ideal candidates have experience with Safran Project or Primavera, strong CPM and schedule-risk analysis skills, and the ability to coordinate with contract, estimation, risk and cost teams to align plans

Qualifications

• Excellent skills with Safran Project; Primavera also evaluated.
• Highly competent in critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.
• Scenario planning with mitigating actions to recover delay.
• Experience with contract, estimation, risk and cost resources to align plan and deliverables.
• Systematic and accurate; team player; reliable to deadlines and quality.
• Solid English communication, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Schedule planning, resource planning and cost control for the engineering scope.
• Establish and maintain Level 4 (and Level 5?) for the engineering scope.
• Lead project progress reviews and validate & challenge actual progress.
• Highlight critical path and risks linked to the schedule and propose mitigation actions.
• Follow up scheduling according to contract, regulations and company processes.
• Provide scheduling analysis to planning manager and project management.
• Communicate scheduling issues to planning manager to ensure adjustments.
• Proactively search for schedule improvements and materialize them.
