Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in technical or commercial topics; relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years work experience within project planning from EPC projects.
• Preferably experience from Civil planning.
• Experience with Safran Project.

Responsibilities

• Schedule planning, resource planning and cost control for the Civil scope.
• Communicate and integrate the plan from the subcontractor.
• Establish and maintain Level 4 and Level 5 schedules for the Civil scope.
• Lead project progress reviews and validate & challenge actual progress.
• Highlighting the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule and propose optimization & mitigation actions.
• Follow up the overall scheduling according to contract, authority regulations and company work processes.
• Provide planning manager and project management with scheduling analysis to ensure correct decisions.
• Communicate all potential scheduling issues to planning manager for adjustments and mitigations.
• Proactively search for opportunities to improve the schedule and ensure materialization of these.
