Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an Electrical Lead to oversee and deliver all electrical systems on life sciences and technology projects. The role reports to the Project Director and collaborates with the MEP Lead and Engineering Management team.

You will provide technical and managerial leadership to ensure design, installation, testing and commissioning meet safety, quality and regulatory standards, while delivering on programme and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong technical leadership in electrical systems including LV/MV distribution and life safety.
• Proven leadership on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for complex workloads.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of all electrical systems.
• Ensure works meet programme, cost and quality objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement electrical execution strategies and planning.
