CTS Group seeks a QA/QC Engineer (Electrical & Power) to lead quality activities on data center projects in Norway. You will oversee inspections, testing, and documentation, ensure compliance with standards, and support energization readiness on complex MV/LV installations.

You will lead QA/QC activities for all electrical and power systems, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved methods. You will conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance, manage quality documentation, oversee testing and commissioning readiness, and support phased energization handovers. You will identify non-conformances, track NCRs, and collaborate with construction, commissioning, and client teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
