You will work with multidisciplinary teams to bring concepts from idea to field deployment, balancing detailed engineering with hands-on prototyping and field support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in downhole tool development.
• Experience with wireline or well intervention technologies.
• Strong 3D CAD design skills (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor).

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop electro-mechanical downhole tools for well intervention and P&A.
• Take products from concept through design, testing and field deployment.
• Lead prototyping, assembly, testing and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Support field trials and operational deployments with practical engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
