Job summary

Nscale is seeking a highly organized Document Controller for its hyperscale data centre development in Narvik, Stargate Norway. You will manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution to stakeholders across design and construction teams.

The role requires 5+ years in document control within data centre or mission-critical construction, strong Procore skills, and an eye for governance, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in document control or information management within data centre or mission-critical construction environments.
• Proficiency in Procore.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, revision control, and approval workflows.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage large volumes of technical information.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian preferred; other European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and manage document control systems for large-scale construction projects according to standards.
• Ensure all project documentation is logged, version-controlled, and traceable.
• Review incoming/outgoing documents for accuracy and formatting before release.
• Coordinate document workflows, approvals, and distribution through Procore and other platforms.
