Job summary

Spektrum is supporting the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway, with a focus on planning, execution, and governance of operational and strategic exercises. The role requires deep programme management experience within NATO or equivalent organisations, knowledge of NATO training doctrine, and the ability to coordinate multi-division teams.

The position may require occasional travel and security clearance to NATO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
• Two years of NATO/national equivalent or similar international entity experience in the last five years.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Security clearance: NATO Secret or national equivalent.
• Fluency in English per STANAG 6001 (SLP).
• Knowledge of NATO training & exercise doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, synchronize and plan project deliverables for the JWC 360 Setting, Scenario and OPFOR Programme.
• Coordinate contracted resource sharing across Enablement, Requirement and Rival divisions.
• Execute risk management throughout the JWC 360 Programme.
• Identify cost-saving approaches within the Programme.
• Support strategic planning for JWC exercises.
• Coordinate cross-functional civilian/military teams.
• Support verification and validation of project deliverables.
