Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY seeks a Programme Manager for 360 Setting, Scenario Production and OPFOR management in Stavanger, Norway. The role coordinates cross-divisional teams, manages timelines, risks, and reporting to support NATO exercises in a demanding 24/7 rhythm.

Candidates should have a university degree, extensive programme management experience, NATO-related knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, Planview and OpenProject. NATO Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree (e.g. Bachelors) in a relevant subject.
• Ten years experience as a Programme Manager.
• Two years within the last five in NATO, national equivalent or similar entity.
• Knowledge of NATO training, doctrine, planning and execution.
• Three years in last seven in a service contracts Programme Manager role.
• Programme management qualifications (PFQ, PMQ, PRINCE2, PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP).
• Knowledge of AI systems and their practical applications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams; experience with Planview/OpenProject.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, synchronize and plan project deliverables for JWC 360 Setting, Scenario and OPFOR.
• Coordinate contracted resource sharing across Enablement, Scenario and OPFOR divisions.
• Execute risk management activities throughout the programme.
• Identify cost-saving approaches within the Programme.
• Support strategic planning for JWC exercises.
• Coordinate cross-functional civilian and military teams.
• Assist in verifying and validating project deliverables.
• Establish operational standards for processes and procedures.
• Implement reporting structures and provide periodic progress reports.
• Support 360 contractors onboarding and practical requirements.
