Job summary

atNorth in Norway is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to drive the full procurement lifecycle for our Nordic operations. You will transform high-value tenders into critical infrastructure, lead RFQ/RFP processes, and report to the Director of Procurement.

Combining analytical rigor with a service mindset, you will negotiate with General Contractors and suppliers, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with sourcing, engineering, and construction teams to support sustainable data

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, within construction or datacenter environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, with FIDIC and RIBA knowledge a plus.
• Proven contract negotiation experience with General Contractors.
• Excellent analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFQ/RFP processes for construction packages in Norway.
• Prepare, issue and manage documentation, clarifications, and bids.
• Negotiate contracts with General Contractors and key suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies throughout procurement.
• Provide updates to sourcing, engineering, and construction teams regularly.
