Job summary

Multiconsult Norge AS is establishing a new Group Procurement function and seeks a Procurement analytics and technology specialist to shape data, analytics, and procurement technology across the group.

You will own spend analysis, reporting, and dashboards, collaborating with Category & Value Managers, and influence systems and master data. This role offers an opportunity to build a function at an early stage and drive value across Norway and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (business, finance, tech, engineering, analytics, data science, or supply chain).
• Experience with data, reporting, analytics or BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and data modelling.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Scandinavian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement data, spend visibility and reporting across the Group.
• Develop procurement dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
• Support Head of Group Procurement with reporting and decision support.
• Improve spend visibility, savings tracking and procurement performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain procurement data quality and master data.
• Contribute to governance, processes and ways of working across procurement.
