The role focuses on threat modeling, logging, monitoring, and reporting gaps with actionable recommendations, collaborating with AI developers and security teams in a dynamic, employee-owned firm. You will engage in mentoring and ongoing training opportunities within a Nordic work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure security and cloud-based security controls.
• Knowledge of data protection tools: Purview, DLP, and Defender XDR.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Security monitoring, threat modeling, and secure development practices.
• Experience securing AI agents and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review Microsoft Purview and DLP policies for AI risk mitigation.
• Assess AI agent access, tool permissions, and workflow security.
• Review Azure security posture for AI services and infrastructure.
• Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting for AI agent activity.
• Support secure design patterns and guardrails for AI developers.
• Evaluate detection, response capabilities, and gaps by reporting findings.
