Head Energy Consulting AS seeks a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to review AI agent security, Azure services, and DLP policies, while guiding AI developers with secure patterns and guardrails.

The role focuses on data protection, threat modeling, and monitoring across Microsoft Purview, Sentinel, Defender XDR, and related cloud security domains in a dynamic project- and permanent-employment setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Purview, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Cloud security and identity security expertise.
• Security monitoring and detection engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Review Microsoft Purview and DLP policies related to AI agents.
• Review Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR detections and alerting for AI usage and data access.
• Assess and implement guardrails to prevent unauthorized AI actions or data access.
• Support AI developers with secure design patterns and best practices.
• Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting for AI agent activity.
