Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr CRA/CRAII for Nordics (Norway, Finland, Denmark and Sweden) with homebased flexibility.

This role emphasizes remote monitoring, site management, and regulatory compliance within a Nordic study portfolio. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or RN and strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, with up to 75% travel and frequent collaboration with site personnel and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills and ability to adopt new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits, on-site or remotely, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent and protects patient confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity.
• Assesses site processes; conducts Source Document Review; drives query resolution to closure; supports data capture and ISF/ TMF activities.
• May perform IP inventory and ensure proper labeling, import/export per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains ISF and TMF accuracy; ensures archiving per guidelines.
• Supports patient recruitment and tracking; enters data into tracking systems; communicates with study personnel.
• Manages site-level activities within scope; coordinates with sponsors; travel up to 75%.
