Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead to partner with research sites and staff across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. You will drive recruitment, training, and communication of medical information to healthcare providers and caregivers.

The role requires site-level clinical research experience, IPF/PAH exposure, and excellent English communication. Travel flexibility is expected to support multi-country activities and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or related field or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Clinical research experience at the site level is required.
• Biomedical professionals preferred; nurse or healthcare background is a plus.
• IPF/PAH experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research sites to accelerate recruitment and support training needs.
• Educate healthcare professionals on study protocols and procedures.
• Identify potential subjects via referral networks.
• Maintain and analyze records to optimize pre-screening, screening and enrollment.
• Organize internal reporting and group events to improve program delivery.
• Manage objections effectively and maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge.
• Coordinate activities across multiple functions with minimal oversight.
