Job summary

TwoScore - HSEQ Recruitment seeks a senior Campus EHS Lead to oversee health, safety and environmental leadership across a flagship Nordics campus programme. The role focuses on developer representation, long term asset stewardship and campus-wide operational standards, with executive interaction and high visibility across both live operations and construction.

You will lead EHS strategy on behalf of the developer, drive governance across workstreams, influence culture and standards at scale,

Qualifications

Experience operating client-side or developer-side in major infrastructure.
Strong leadership with senior stakeholders and contractors.
Experience in both operations facilities and construction delivery.
Pragmatic, highly visible safety leadership.
Ability to influence culture and standards at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead campus wide EHS strategy for the developer and asset owner.
Drive standards, governance and contractor performance across live workstreams.
Influence senior project, operational and delivery stakeholders across a high profile campus environment.
Exercise authority around risk, escalation and safety intervention.
Shape long term operational culture across multi-phase infrastructure development.
Represent client in interactions with major contractors, regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Maintain strong on site visibility across live operations and active construction activities.
