Job summary

TM Green Group is recruiting an experienced EHS Lead for a €600M data centre project in Norway. You will lead health, safety and environmental management across the site, ensuring compliance with Norwegian legislation and client requirements.

You'll work closely with senior project and client stakeholders, build robust EHS programs, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvement to protect personnel and operations on this high-value mission-critical development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an EHS Lead or Senior HSE professional.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Experience leading EHS teams and audits.

Salary: €100,000-€130,000 per annum

We are working with a leading international construction and engineering business specialising in the delivery of complex, high-specification projects across the data centre, logistics, advanced manufacturing and life sciences sectors. They are now expanding across the Nordic region and is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join a €600 million data centre project in Norway, working with an exclusive, leading technology client.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EHS professional to take on a senior role within a major Tier 1 Main Contractor, helping drive health, safety and environmental standards across a high-value mission-critical development.
