Job summary

If is seeking a Senior Developer to lead the evolution of our Norwegian applications supporting core systems. You will collaborate with key stakeholders including the Product Owner, Tribe Architect, IT Delivery Manager, and the Mainframe Centre of Excellence to ensure architectural alignment.

You will mentor a team of developers, drive modernization including API enablement and CDC, optimize Azure resources, and promote CI/CD, automated testing and observability.

Qualifications

Solid experience with C#, .NET and Azure app development.
Knowledge of REST APIs and message-based architecture.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep).

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery within the Yggdrasil squad.
Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
Bridge between business experts, technical developers in Norway and India, and architectural teams.
Ensure coding standards, version control, security and documentation practices.
Drive adoption of CI/CD, automated testing and monitoring.
Drive modernization activities such as API enablement for cloud-mainframe integration and CDC data replication.
Ensure optimal usage and cost management of Azure resources.
