Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join a highly skilled team in Stavanger/Sandnes, Norway. You will work on modern backend applications, contribute to scalable solutions, and collaborate with architects, UX designers, and frontend developers on customer projects and in‑house products.

You should have 5+ years of professional software development experience, a strong .NET background, and good communication skills. Norwegian language ability is strongly preferred.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, UX designers, and delivery specialists, working on modern software solutions used by thousands of end users across Norway. Projects include innovative mobility and payment platforms, mapping applications, food and land management systems, drone technology solutions, and engineering-focused software products. The company also develops and maintains its own products and operates its own Norwegian-based datacentre.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern backend applications using .NET
• Contribute to the design and development of scalable software solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong background in .NET development
• Backend-focused engineering experience
• Relevant higher education (significant relevant experience may compensate)

• Norwegian language skills are strongly preferred due to customer requirements
