Qualifications

• Solid experience with C#, .NET, and Azure development.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SonarQube, Snyk, OWASP Top 10, OAuth2, and Curity.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and message-based architecture.
• Must pass a background check (Semac).
• Hybrid workplace options and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery within the Yggdrasil squad.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bridge between business experts, developers in Norway and India, and architectural teams.
• Ensure consistent coding standards, version control, security and documentation practices.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing and monitoring.
• Drive modernization activities such as API enablement and CDC data replication.
• Ensure optimal usage and cost management of Azure resources.
