This onsite role requires an established Rolodex and a hunter mentality to drive multi-million sales and secure large-scale contracts.

The candidate will own the full sales cycle, engage C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with technical teams to tailor bespoke colo and connectivity solutions for demanding GPU workloads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors.
• Strong Norwegian market knowledge and a proven network in Norway.
• Track record of multi-million dollar sales and large contracts.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Lead Generation in Norway from prospecting to contracts.
• Acquire new business from Colocation providers seeking wholesale capacity.
• Build C-suite relationships with data center decision-makers.
• Own sales KPIs and aim for consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.
• Collaborate with teams to craft colo and connectivity solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts in Europe.
