Innoverse™ is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own systems end-to-end across fintech platforms and AI-powered SaaS. You’ll write code, design architectures, and ship impactful solutions with a focus on reliability.

You’ll work remotely with a CET-aligned schedule, contributing to REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend infrastructure. The role requires 5+ years of backend experience, strong TypeScript/Node.js skills, and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js (NestJS, Express, or similar).
• Deep understanding of backend architecture: services, APIs, queues, caching, async workflows.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and SQL proficiency.
• Real production experience: debugging, incident response, performance optimization.
• Strong communication and async, remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own backend services end-to-end — from architecture through deployment to production support
• Build and evolve REST APIs and microservice architectures for clients and internal products
• Collaborate with founders and product teams to turn business problems into technical solutions
• Contribute to system design decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Investigate and resolve production issues with a reliability-first mindset
