Job summary

CYBRET AI in Oslo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build the core platform powering CYBRET AI. You will own critical backend services, APIs, and data pipelines to deliver reliable, scalable software with security at the forefront.

Collaborate with AI engineers, security experts, and product teams. You’ll mentor engineers, shape technical directions, and drive engineering excellence in a remote-friendly, high-bar environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in production environments.
• Backend engineering with modern languages/frameworks.
• Experience building distributed systems, APIs, and data-driven services.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership.
• Experience with cybersecurity or AI-driven products is a plus.
