TGS ASA is seeking a Senior Analytics & AI Engineer to blend deep data science with production-grade software engineering for energy assets. You will work across data exploration, model development, and end-to-end deployment of ML and AI capabilities for industrial data and energy applications.

You will design robust data and ML pipelines, apply MLOps and DevSecOps practices, and collaborate with product, software, and domain teams to turn complex problems into scalable product features.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of professional experience across data engineering, analytics, ML and production software environments.
• Ability to own problems from idea to production, with proactive solution exploration.

Responsabilités

• Develop analytics, ML and AI capabilities from PoC through production.
• Design and build data and ML pipelines for analytics and AI apps.
• Develop and apply statistical, ML and optimization methods to real-world industrial problems.
• Explore LLMs, RAG and agentic AI for meaningful product value.
• Build automation for testing, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of models.
• Apply MLOps/ModelOps and DevOps practices for reproducibility and security.
• Collaborate with product teams, software engineers and domain experts to translate problems into scalable features.
• Contribute to architecture and technology decisions across analytics and data engineering
