TGS Prediktor is seeking a Senior Analytics & AI Engineer to craft analytics, ML and AI capabilities from PoC to production. You will design data and ML pipelines, apply ML methods to energy and industrial problems, and explore LLM tech like embeddings and AI agents to add product value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer problems into scalable, reliable product capabilities and help set architecture across analytics, AI, and data engineering.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of experience across data engineering, analytics, ML and production software.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers, and DevSecOps practices.
• Understanding of MLOps/ModelOps, including evaluation, versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of modern LLM technologies including embeddings, RAG, tool use, and AI agents.

Responsabilités

• Develop analytics, ML and AI capabilities from PoC through to production.
• Design and build robust data and ML pipelines supporting analytics and AI applications.
• Apply statistical, ML and optimization methods to real-world industrial problems.
• Explore LLMs, RAG, and agents to create meaningful product value.
• Build automation for testing, deployment, monitoring and CI/CD of models.
• Apply MLOps/ModelOps and DevOps practices to ensure reproducibility, observability and security.
• Collaborate with product teams, software engineers, and domain experts to turn problems into scalable capabilities.
• Support architecture and technology decisions across analytics, AI and data engineering.
