Job summary

You will ship features used by process engineers and operators, read data from SQL databases, historians, OPC UA and more, and iterate based on customer feedback gathered on site. This role demands hands-on delivery and close customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving mindset and ownership of problems from discovery to shipping.
• Extensive experience delivering mission-critical software that others depend on.
• ML/AI experience is a plus.
• Comfort with limited supervision and frequent customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for engineers and operators in industrial software.
• Ingest and read data from diverse sources (SQL, historians, OPC UA, CSV, APIs) to power the product.
• Harden the AI agent loop — tools, context, evaluations.
• Observe real customer needs on site and translate them into product requirements.
