Job summary

Nordic Semiconductor seeks an experienced analog/mixed-signal IC designer to advance next-generation semiconductor solutions. You will translate architecture to transistor-level CMOS designs across analog and mixed-signal domains, contribute to system analysis, and shape test strategies.

You will drive verification, participate in physical integration, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure robust, efficient designs in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field
• At least three years of industrial IC design experience in analog and/or mixed-signal circuits
• Deep understanding of CMOS transistors and analog circuits
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and drive
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits at transistor level
• Lead the design and implementation of analog and mixed-signal modules translating system requirements
• Perform system analysis, define architectures and technical specs, and drive verification and validation
• Develop test strategies and test case definitions for production validation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies and workflows
• Integrate analog IP into larger chip-level designs with multidisciplinary teams
• Support floorplanning and physical integration for layout optimization
• Create and maintain behavioral models using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and Liberty
