Job summary

Nordic Semiconductor is seeking a Radio Integration Lead to own the design and integration of short‑range radio IP into Nordic products. You will bridge IP and product design teams, defining methodologies and documentation that scale beyond a single chip.

You lead through expertise and influence, coordinating RF/analog, digital, verification, and system validation across projects, with a focus on repeatable, high‑quality integration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead technical work across teams and to communicate clearly with engineers and management.
• Structured approach to documentation and process, keeping it current.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own integration of radio IP into Nordic products, addressing floorplan, supply, clocking, interfaces, isolation and interference issues.
• Define and drive the integration and verification methodology for repeatable flows across projects.
• Own the integration documentation and tools, ensure quality standards and reusable deliverables.
• Coordinate support to design groups, triage questions, prioritize across projects and route issues to the right people.
• Review test results and drive root-cause investigations when silicon measurements diverge.
• Keep integration status and risk visible with clear reporting to stakeholders.
