Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager - Security Standards and Hardening based in Norway. You will lead a team of engineers responsible for applying rigorous security practices across operating systems, cloud infrastructure, edge environments, and modern software platforms.

This leadership role combines people management with hands-on security work, including cryptographic modules and compliance such as FIPS, CIS, and FedRAMP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience with FIPS or Common Criteria certified products.
• Hands-on with DISA STIG or CIS benchmarks and compliance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a team of engineers at varying levels.
• Coach team members and provide career guidance.
• Establish team health indicators and foster high performance culture.
• Implement disciplined engineering processes and promote best practices.
• Represent the team with stakeholders and partners.
• Plan and manage progress against engineering goals and deliverables.
• Support products and customers in meeting security standards and compliance requirements.
