Job summary

Securitas Norge in Narvik is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to lead security operations within a datacenter environment. You will report to the Campus Security Manager and be responsible for managing site security teams and daily operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing CCTV, access control, incident reporting, audits, and continuous improvements to strengthen site resilience while maintaining a safe and secure workplace for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in security management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Flexible approach to working hours and emergency response requirements.
