Job summary

Easee is seeking a Security Platform Engineer to embed security into our developer platform, shaping how we ship software at scale. You will work with software teams and external partners to translate regulatory requirements into concrete controls that become the default for developers.

The role has real impact on our cloud environment powering millions of devices and billions of events daily. You will collaborate with Security, Legal, and Product to implement guardrails, monitor security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on security experience in internal developer platforms or cloud environments.
Experience with real-time security analytics and monitoring for threat detection.
Familiarity with AWS security tooling and policy-as-code.
Strong collaboration and communication across engineering, product, and legal.
Fluency in English; Norwegian helpful.

Responsibilities

Security Engineering & Platform Hardening across the internal developer platform.
Embed security controls and compliance requirements by default.
Identify vulnerabilities across the cloud environment incl. pen testing and threat modelling.
Own security across the platform stack: supply chain, network, container/serverless, APIs, secrets, access policies.
Implement and operationalise security automation with policy-as-code and remediation.
