Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Procurement Manager - Services to join our team in Scandinavia. You will manage purchasing of commodities, negotiate terms with vendors, and drive cost reductions while coordinating with Project Management and Sales to improve margins.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in English and Swedish. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Procurement or supply chain in a supply chain related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• English and Swedish spoken language

Responsibilities

• Purchasing of commodities, ensuring quantity and quality.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors per policy.
• Create/update vendor price lists and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Place and verify purchase orders, check for discrepancies.
• Support project management and sales to improve margins.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
