SwiftMove Logistics in Svalbard is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our products. This commission-based role offers a base salary of 1000$ and visa sponsorship for non-Svalbard nationals.

You will develop client relationships, reach out to leads, and work to achieve sales targets with a collaborative team. The role requires excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, plus the ability to use MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and online platforms
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in relevant field will be considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
