Job summary

LuxGuard Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard. You will develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and lead a team of sales representatives through coaching and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities include setting targets, tracking progress, building client relationships, analyzing market trends, and providing forecasts to management. Fluent English is required; a valid visa/work permit for Svalbard is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must have own visa/work permit for Svalbard.
