Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in retail.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of our company identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them through effective communication and networking
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
• Create and deliver presentations to showcase our productsservices to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals for the company
• Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and reach sales targets
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the retail industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position In addition we provide accommodation as well as visa sponsorship for non-local candidates
