Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
• Identify potential clients, conduct cold calls, and attend networking events to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to create attractive packages, promotions, and pricing strategies to attract customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to make informed decisions on sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and present them to management for evaluation.
• Manage the hotel's online presence by regularly updating content on social media platforms, website, and online travel agencies.
• Assist with reservation inquiries, bookings, and cancellations when necessary.
