BrandConnect Media is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Svalbard. You will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, lead a sales team, and build relationships with clients.

The role requires a proven track record in sales, strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to market trends. Relocation to Svalbard is a must, with biometric passport required for travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the sales industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience in creating effective sales strategies based on market trends analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of biometric passport technology is a plus.
• Must be willing to relocate to Svalbard.
• Biometric passport required for travel purposes.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus commission based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided.
