Job summary
Toyota Automated Logistics in Oslo is seeking a Sales Manager for Modernization & Lifecycle Solutions to grow Retrofit, Modification & Revision projects across the region. You will work with Service Account Managers, customers, and internal teams to identify opportunities and convert them into successful projects.

Qualifications
- Experience in technical sales, service sales, modernization projects, or business development in industrial, automation, logistics, or intralogistics environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to generate and close complex sales opportunities.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into commercial offerings and tailor solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve order intake targets for Retrofit, Modification & Revision (RMR) projects in the region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Service Account Managers across the installed base.
- Convert customer needs into opportunities and work with Service Sales Engineers on tailored solutions and quotations.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract award and handover.
- Promote modernization initiatives and upgrades that create long-term value for customers.
