You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share in Svalbard.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with timely solutions.
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biometric passport industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Biometric passport knowledge is preferred but not required.
