Job summary

Jts Engineering seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, promoting HVAC, commissioning, TAB services, and building client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of sales experience in the MEP/HVAC sector, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet targets while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in MEP/HVAC preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote company services (HVAC, commissioning, TAB, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
