Job summary

SharkNinja is launching its EMEA RGM function this year and is seeking a change agent to build it from the ground up. You’ll lead margin modelling, use AI to accelerate ROI-focused decisions, and partner with Germany and France teams under the EMEA RGM Senior Director.

You will oversee a six-person team, travel monthly to Frankfurt and Paris, and work three days per week in the office with flexibility on other days. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the consumer industry.
• Fluency in P&L from top to bottom, including sales and share.
• English fluent is required; German or French language skills are a plus.
• Hands on Excel skills and comfort using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial P&L and ROI analyses to guide investments and pricing.
• Build and maintain margin by mix models to drive KPI like Sales Out, Share, and Gross Margin.
• Quantify investment trade-offs aligned with category strategy.
• Shift investment allocation to maximise ROI across product, retailer and region.
• Drive an ROI mindset using AI to speed up analysis-to-action.
• Interpret data to support strategic decision making with stakeholders.
