Job summary

EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives, and we are looking for exceptional operators and builders to join our new department.

You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in domains such as AI Research Lab, translate strategy into concrete roadmaps, and architect scalable solutions to drive rapid growth and a potential spin-off.

You will report to the department founder and collaborate with a world-class team of engineers and researchers across Europe and the Americas.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High-agency builder mindset with drive for end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as AI Research Lab.
• Translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid prototype-to-production work.
