Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Community Relations Representative to serve as the first point of contact for residents on site and to assist with inquiries, move-ins, and renewals. You will handle resident requests, follow up on issues, and help maintain a high-quality customer experience across our communities.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• One year experience in customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on site.
• Assists with move-in, move-out, renewals, and transfers as needed.
• Records resident concerns and requests in OneSite accurately.
• Participates in leasing and retention activities to support goals.
• Monitors resident satisfaction and assists with problem resolution.
