Job summary

Manjana Milkoreit is leading the ERC-funded CAMELOT project at Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet). A 50% Research Assistant position focuses on theoretical and conceptual work on long-term governance capacities and the development of experimental research within WP1–WP2.

Qualifications

Master's degree or near completion in political science, public administration, environmental governance, sustainability science, or related field.
Strong ability to find, evaluate, and synthesize academic literature.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team.

Responsibilities

Identify, collect, organize, and synthesize relevant literature across disciplines.
Prepare research summaries and memos to support publications.
Assist manuscript preparation, including citations and formatting.
Support development of experimental treatments through literature reviews and meetings.
Research potential partners and resources for CAMELOT's experimental work.
