Job summary

OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University invites applications for a PhD scholar in long-term climate governance connected to the ERC-funded CAMELOT project. The position is three years full-time and may extend to four years if teaching duties are included.

The PhD Research Fellow will be based in the Public Administration and Governance unit at Oslo Business School and enrolled in OsloMet's PhD programme in Social Sciences, specialization Business Administration, Innovation and Governance (BIG).

Qualifications

• Master's degree (120 ECTS) or equivalent in a relevant field
• Grade of B or better on both the master's thesis and the master's degree overall
• Demonstrate knowledge of research methods relevant to the proposed PhD project
• Strong analytical and academic writing skills
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Develop an independent PhD research project aligned with CAMELOT's goals
• Contribute to and collaborate with the CAMELOT research team
• Engage in rigorous empirical research and publish findings
• Complete the doctoral degree during the employment period
