Job summary

Eaton seeks a Technical Specialist to manage EX power distribution system inquiries and configured products for the Nordics, focusing on the Norwegian offshore market.

You will support Nordic customers and sales teams, enter orders in SAP and coordinate deliveries with CEAG factories. The role is fully remote and based in Norway, with a clear development plan and collaboration across technical, quality and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Electrical engineering or comparable Electrical education
• 5 years' relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage technical inquiries and project inquiries for EX power distribution systems (ETO) and configured CEAG products for Nordics.
• Enter product orders in SAP and coordinate deliveries with CEAG factories.
• Provide technical support to the hazardous area electrical sector for control and distribution products.
• Support Field Sales by identifying opportunities through proactive Case Management.
• Collaborate with technical, quality and operations teams to deliver solutions within agreed timescales.
• Keep customers informed about current technologies and product releases.
• Ensure SAP Master data and orders reflect customer requirements and documentation.
• Identify methods to improve departmental cycle and output quality.
