Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Installation & Commissioning Team Leader to guide and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across Norway. You will ensure safe, efficient UPS installation and commissioning, providing technical leadership and coaching to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Electrical installation or maintenance experience (3–5 years)
• Fluency in English and Norwegian
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, strategic thinker with ownership mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across Norway
• Oversee UPS installation & commissioning activities and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership and technical guidance for commissioning projects and mentor engineers
• Plan and optimize field service resources to meet schedules and objectives
• Coach onboarding and development activities for new team members
• Support project managers with planning, resource allocation, and customer engagement
• Act as primary escalation point for customers and field teams, coordinating with factories
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure compliance with Eaton policies, quality standards, and safety practices
• Oversee subcontractor performance and drive health & safety culture
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement
• Support recruitment and workforce planning
