Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Installation & Commissioning Team Leader to guide a team of Field Service Engineers across Norway. You will ensure safe, efficient UPS installation and commissioning, providing technical leadership and coaching while collaborating with project teams and customers.

You will drive resource planning, develop leadership capabilities, and act as the primary escalation point for customers, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires suitable vocational electrical education and a degree in electrical engineering is advantageous.
• Experience leading Field Service Engineers and coordinating installation/commissioning projects.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills in English and Norwegian.

As Installation & Commissioning Team Leader you will lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and Senior Field Service Engineers working across Norway. You are responsible for ensuring high-quality UPS installation & commissioning services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer and project requirements. You support the team with technical guidance, resource planning, competence development, and operational leadership. You are a strong people leader, an experienced electrical professional, and a good team player who enjoys coaching others and solving technical challenges. You work closely with project teams, customers, and service management to drive successful project execution and continuous improvement.
