• Experience sourcing and evaluating candidates for healthcare roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to assess technical billing knowledge via live screening.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing/RCM roles.
• Conduct technical screening of resumes for billing experience and payer knowledge.
• Lead screening calls, evaluate candidate readiness, and document assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding handoffs.
• Improve recruitment quality through refined assessments and scoring.
