Job summary

Norma Wealth, a private investment platform, seeks an analytical investment professional to conduct research across asset classes and build financial models for potential investments. You will examine plans and capital structures, generate memos for committees, and monitor portfolio performance alongside a global team.

Ideal candidates have CFA Level II, 1–3 years in investment analysis or related fields, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Passed CFA Level II (minimum requirement).
• 1–3 years in investment analysis, corporate finance, private equity or asset management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with global team experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research across real assets, private equity and structured products.
• Create and maintain financial models for potential investments.
• Examine business plans, financial data and capital structures.
• Generate memos, pitch materials and reports for investment committees.
• Monitor portfolio performance and key metrics.
• Support due diligence efforts with external partners.
• Manage pipeline tracking and CRM systems.
• Develop presentations for limited partners and stakeholders.
