Job summary

RGG Capital is seeking an Investment Director to lead investment research and coordinate end-to-end processes in a remote, global capacity.

You will work with senior leaders to enhance research capabilities, optimize portfolio operations, and drive analytical excellence across the investment division; this role is research-intensive and highly autonomous, requiring deep market knowledge and rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional investment experience.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong research and written communication; Bloomberg proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment due diligence, screen and evaluate opportunities; assess performance and risk.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and synthesize outputs into memoranda for senior leadership.
• Perform macro research and market analysis with scenario planning for portfolio positioning.
